These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Step To Soft Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account, listing a property, or browsing the site, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

When you list a property, you represent that you own it or are authorised to list it on behalf of the owner; that the description, photos, and price are accurate; and that you’ll respond to inquiries in good faith. We may reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms or our content guidelines, with or without notice.

When a buyer submits an inquiry, the buyer’s name, contact details, and message are shared with the listing owner. By using the inquiry feature, both parties consent to this exchange. We do not mediate offers, transactions, or disputes between parties.

Listing fees, subscription tiers, and any other charges are described on our pricing page and in your account. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Razorpay) and are subject to their terms. Please review our Refund Policy before you subscribe.

You agree not to:

• Post fake, duplicate, misleading, or offensive listings.
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content without written permission.
• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Circumvent fees, security controls, or platform integrity measures.

Violations may result in immediate listing removal, account suspension, or referral to authorities.

The platform, including its design, code, and brand, is owned by Step To Soft Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions) but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the platform.

Deal on Property is a marketplace, not an estate agent. We verify listings to the best of our ability but make no guarantee about the accuracy of any individual listing, property condition, ownership, or transaction outcome. Always conduct your own due diligence and engage qualified professionals before you sign anything.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal on Property and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can close your account at any time from your profile page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination, certain provisions (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Asansol, West Bengal.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner before they take effect. Continued use after the change date counts as acceptance.
