Refund policy

We try to make Deal on Property worth every rupee, dirham, or dollar. If something didn't work as expected, here's when we'll issue a refund and how to ask for one.

Free plan

The Free plan is, well, free — there’s nothing to refund. You can list one property and use core features at no cost.

Paid plans

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month of any paid subscription. If you’re not happy with the platform within those 7 days, write to billing@steptosoft.com and we’ll issue a full refund within 5 business days, no questions asked.

After the first 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel any time and you won’t be charged at the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Disputed charges

If you believe you were charged in error, write to billing@steptosoft.com with the transaction ID. We respond within two business days and resolve genuine errors with a full refund.

Currency and fees

Refunds are issued in the same currency you were charged, via the same payment method. Bank or payment-processor fees on either end are not within our control and are not refunded.

How to request a refund

Email billing@steptosoft.com with: your account email, the transaction ID or invoice number, and a brief reason. We’ll confirm receipt the same day and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
